Hello,

Just installed Fossil v2.26.2 on FreeBSD through the package manager (hence not running the lastest version), and I noticed that the administration panel insisted on saying that user logging was "off" when the "access-log" box was duly checked on the settings page. I had to unchek it, save / check / re-save for the server to fix that apparent inconsistency. Perhaps an erroneous default value somewhere? Or maybe a configuration misstep on my part. Not a big deal anyway.
