Add link to set canonical URL from security-audit page

Hello all:

I am trying to make fossil run as a CGI on Sourceforge so I have been spending time securing it.

In the /secaudit0 page it reports:

This repository does not have a canonical access URL. There are
2 non-canonical URLs that have been used to access this repository.

The phrase 2 non-canonical URLs is a hyperlink to the page to show the access URLs. However there is no link for the phrase canonical access URL to the place to set the access URL.

This is in contrast to an item that starts Load average limiting is turned off. which includes a link to the field on an admin page to set the load limit.

Would it be possible to have canonical access URL link to /setup_config or even better would be the canonical URL text input (but you would need to add an id to the input).

Thanks.
