Initial proof-of-conecpt for PDF and HTML production, using Pandoc. Content
was only slight changed, HTML styles removed from md files, pre-defined
templates extracted from Pandoc and applied in makefile, makfile simplified,
deleted md files wich are now in included in metadata files instead, deleted
md files no longer needed as we do not want the HTML version to be rendered
by fossil's markdown anymore (too limited).

and transfer their content into some new folders and into markdown
These are the steps done by Chris: - existing files in Chapters/*.tex were imported into Lyx to create *.lyx and the content of these files was displayed in Lyx and selected/copied/pasted into my editor then saved as Chapters/*.md - First set of new .md and .png files, plus makefile and pdf-break.md to generate pdf and html files. file: [973aafdc32] check-in: [3220da72c1] user: torstenberg branch: 3rdEdition, size: 43132 | |
