Slight discrepancy in artifact statistics

Fossil /stat says the average uncompressed artifact size is 102,555 bytes, and there are 47,795 artifacts.
Fossil /artifact_stats says the average uncompressed artifact size is 102,552 bytes, and there are 47,791 artifacts.
Why don't the numbers line up exactly?

Fixed by 38fa17e4.
The total shown by /stat included phantom artifacts. The average shown by /stat excluded not only phantom artifacts but also the empty artifact.
