I came across this post about a way to generate an rss for a git repo to show what files are included in the commit:

Thankfully the Fossil hackers thought of an rss feed long ago for the timeline

However it doesn't look like Fossil includes a list of files changed in a commit for the rss feed. Perhaps since this (likely) hasn't been requested, nobody would find it useful. I'm not sure...

Sadly, Mozilla removed inbuilt rss functionality a few years ago. Hopefully rss will stick around, though.
