Automatic linking to forum posts in markdown

If I'm not mistaken one can link to different post on the forum by just providing a hash id of this post. But when one want to provide a description for this link, using [description](URL) syntax, the html result have [ and ] characters with the label text. What's even more interesting if one use forumpost/HASH as the URL, instead of a bare hash, then [ and ] characters does not show in the html output.

So this form works ok, but this one links ok, but looks worse.

Hmm, generated link is different, so maybe that's the source of differences. And maybe it just works as expected. ;-)

So this form works ok, but [this one] links ok, but looks worse.

Another option is [link label](/info/HASH), which behaves sensibly for both check-ins and forum posts and does not include the braces around the link label. Why those braces are retained, i'm not sure, but it's strictly cosmetic and doesn't break anything so it's unlikely to be changed at this point.
