Since the lastest "fossil up" and rebuild my "fossil all rebuild" emits thousands of messages like

It's a bug - unintended side effect of changes made in the past day or two. The current trunk attempts to resolve that - please try it and report back if you can.

More instances of that problem were discovered afterwards and fixed with the commit following that one. In any case, the current tip "should" resolve that. There might still be related lingering spurious output we haven't yet caught - please report any you see.
