Yeah, that domain was abandoned (and subsequently taken over by SEO scammers!) about 5 or 6 years ago.
The reviews document seems to be way, way out of date and could use some "freshening up." The last edits in that file, before today, were in 2016 and most of that doc is from 2009/2010.
