Could someone add the "How deliverables are built" document to the Document Index?
There is a link at the bottom of the Downloads page. Having it in the Document Index would also be nice.

Could someone add the "How deliverables are built" document to the Document Index?
It's now added as a sub-bullet of the Fossil Developer's Guide entry in the "Primary Documents" section at the top of that page. That seemed like the most natural place for it.
