typo in timeline

In src/timeline.c, at line 2476 (as of de684083), we set zEType to plural "new tickets" but other types in the surrounding lines are singular. The effect is that showing new tickets on the timeline it appears as "... new ticketss".

That's fixed now, thank you for the report. The problem apparently dates back to Dec. 2019.
