<h2>0.0 Using A Precompiled Binary</h2>

<p>You can skip steps 1.0 and 2.0 below by downloading
a <a href="http://www.fossil-scm.org/download.html">precompiled binary</a>
appropriate for your platform.  If you use a precompiled binary
jump immediate to step 3.0.</p>
