Error message is

The requested URL /pipermail/fossil-users/ was not found on this server.

Duplicate of [3cda72fa7cbadb392e2442b435cdd4022d49a844] and perhaps other tickets as well. This is a problem with the mailing list manager software, mailman. We have had multiple experts look into the problem, but so far nobody has been able to come up with a solution.
