The forum should be able to gracefully handle rendering of threads in which any given part of that thread has been shunned.

Use case: we were contacted off-list by a user whose personal information appeared in a public forum post made by someone else, and they asked that their information be removed from that post. We could not outright shun the post because doing so would have broken the forum.

This ticket is primarily a reminder to explore options for handling such cases.
